1. What is the Duration, Validity, Extension process of the Nutrition Packages?

– The Duration of the 3 months package or 6 months package is the number of months of the package.

– The Validity of both the packages will lapse automatically after the said duration.

– Extension of 1 month can be given on request on any of the Nutrition Package.

– A 3 months package cannot be converted/continued as a 6 months package once the payment is done. However, any package can be renewed separately.

2. All about Price, Payment terms, Return/Refund, Discount & Transfer?

– The Quality of Life that you can experience with Wekalpa Nutrition’s guidance is priceless! The investment in health is worth every penny.

– Payment in full is to be done at the time of Initial consultation, post which the first diet plan will be shared with you within 4-5 working days.

– We have a no return/refund policy.

-No Family/Group/Renewal Discounts are given and the Nutrition package is non-transferable.

3. Can my information/data be used as a case study or disclosed publicly?

– The clients’ privacy and confidentiality of their data is our top priority. It will be fully guarded and not shared with anyone.

– When you sign up for any of our programs, by default you agree that all the information and material shared with you is an intellectual property of our Nutrition firm. It cannot be shared, distributed, modified on public platforms.

– WeKalpa reserves the right to seek appropriate legal remedies in case it finds any breach or unsolicited use/misuse of information or consultation plans/programs shared by WeKalpa, whether offline, online, in written or verbal form.

Third party referrals:

• On request, Wekalpa Nutrition may recommend the clients any third-party specialty products/manufactured goods/services who are not affiliated to our firm. It is the clients’ sole responsibility if they decide on utilizing third party goods & services. It is recommended that the client makes a conscious decision to engage with them, make any transactions with them and make changes to our diet plan only after ensuring their terms & conditions, policies and their customer reviews. They are not monitored or warranted by Wekalpa Nutrition. WeKalpa Nutrition shall not be responsible for any effects or results of third-party products/goods or services.
