Body Composition-specific calculations yet, Prakruti specific nutrition (counterpart of nutrigenetics diet)
In Wekalpa Wellness the nutrition plan is calculated keeping in mind the RDA (recommended dietary allowance of calories, and carbs-proteins-fats ratio) as per the Body Composition to divide the meals in correct portions and properly distribute the macros throughout the day, and, the Prakruti is considered while selecting the sources of the macros that align with the suitability of the specific prakruti (combination of kapha-pitta-vata).
Ayurvedic lifestyle practices for balancing the aggravated doshas (restoration of health)
The exercise part is customized based on Prakruti, Season and Location. There are also some small routines (Dinacharya & Ratracharya) that are recommended, again based on prakruti, season and location of the person.
Paak-Sanskar (Ayurvedic Way of Preparing & Eating Food)
The Paak Sanskar deals with the correct way to cook the food in order to make it light for digestion (Laghu). The specific food combinations to be used, or avoided (viruddha ahar), have been clearly mentioned with their explanations so as to not tax the digestive system and keep the toxin built up to minimum.
